First & foremost, you'll need to be a research whizz, with an understanding of a range of techniques and your finger on the pulse of the latest methodologies.
In addition, you'll need exceptional excel skills - you can do VLOOKUPS in your sleep.
What's most important, however, is your ability to tell stories using data. The business are looking for someone to become their go-to eCommerce insight expert, turning data into strategy through the use of compelling insight.
