Job- Fixed term - Maternity Leave (6-12 months)

The focus of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor to manage queries and strive for solutions to customer’s problems ensuring all processes are maintained. This role will pro-actively report any contract critical issues and build and maintain excellent professional relationship with our Clients ensuring that the company adheres to all policies and procedures.

What you'll do

Manage a team and ensure regular reviews are held

Monitor, supervise and direct the team of colleagues to ensure we are achieving our monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Ensure that the workloads are prioritised and delegated out to the team correctly

Ensure all colleagues receive ongoing training and development so as to carry out their duties efficiently

Manage all HR issue to include monitoring absenteeism and lateness

Challenge team members who do not meet the company standards and identify underperformance, offering on the job coaching and counselling

Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and best practice at all times

Represent the company and ensure company standards and quality are maintained at all times by all members of colleagues

What you'll bring

Minimum of 2 years’ Call Centre experience and proven record of managing a team

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Able to manage and motivate colleagues to deliver an excellent level of service

Customer Service and Quality Focused

Self-motivated, proactive nature

Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task

Excellent problem solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Parking background preferred

What we’ll offer you

Salary £25,000 pa

Hours per week – 40 (Mon-Fri)
