Interim Commercial Consultant
A global FMCG food brand is looking for a Commercial Manager to work in a large team developing the commercial proposition for the big discounters. The role will involve dealing with a range of activity through a busy period whilst the client is recruiting permanently for the role.
You will be working as part of a large team and will be in charge of a number of SKUs across categories within Aldi, Lidl and Costco. You will be targeted with a range of financial and operational goals which will be stretching but very achievable. You will be well supported with high profile marketing activity and an operational team that will cover most of the key areas.
There will be some travel to the client's offices and you will act as a trusted advisor to the supermarkets to help them and the company achieve their goals. You will be expected to provide forecasts based on current activity and provide best in class customer service.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Strong NAM/ SNAM experience from within grocery
- Experience of dealing with Aldi or Lidl
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Previous demonstrable experience of using category management information and using it to drive growth
- Experience of branded and own label grocery sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
