Due to the continued success of my clients business initiative we have an exciting opportunity for a talented person to join our Business Development Team.



Client Details

My Client is one of the UK's leading retailers and is made up of two core businesses. The High Street business operates 613 stores with an extensive reach across the UK and a presence on nearly every significant UK high street. My Client is going through a rapid expansion plan and looking for hungry motivated Business Development Executive to join their highly successful team.

Description

As a business development executive your responsibilities will include:

* Follow defined recruitment process from lead generation to store opening ensuring all necessary information is provided in an accurate and timely manner



* Ensure that recruitment database is maintained accurately and that all leads are followed up in a timely manner



* Support the Business Development Manager with regional recruitment activity and the Retail Delivery Coordinator as required



* To act as an ambassador for the brand



* Support Head of Sales , Business Development Manager and Head of Central Operations to ensure processes deliver against agreed targets

This is a field based role



Profile



* Previous experience within a Sales / Business Development role within Retail / FMCG Business to Business industries



* Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority



The Succesful business development executive will be:

* Capable of being an ambassador for the company



* Self starter with ability to work under own initiative



* Strong influencing skills



* Must be flexible in approach and be able to work within a multi-task environment



* To be a key team player and builder of effective working relationships



* Good time management and planning skills



* Demonstrate a high drive for results



* Strong attention to detail



* Possess strong commercial business awareness



* Valid full UK driving license with the flexibility to travel UK wide
