We are fast growing food and drink wholesale distributor in the discount sector based in Luton. We also have a growing export business, and we have just received the Queens Award for Enterprise .

We are part of a large  Wholesale Group which has seen huge growth over the last 5 years with depots across the UK.

The buying role will be to maintain and build relationships with suppliers of multinational brands through to smaller own label manufacturers. You will be required to manage and develop the current product range, negotiate prices and place purchase orders.

You will need to be a shrewd negotiator from a wholesale buying FMCG background, have a strong knowledge of the market place and a good eye for detail is crucial. This is an extremely fast paced environment so you will have to be able to operate effectively under pressure in order to remain one step ahead at all times.
