Category Product Managers

We're looking for two Category Product Managers to help shape the future of our business.

Responsible for driving all the range management and marketing activity in relation to the category (arts & crafts; stationary & toys).

Capable of building a deep understanding of the customer, market and products by performing research and analysis to ensure we have the best range for our customers.

Plan all marketing activity to drive category sales and profitability and work with our key partner brands to plan and activate trade marketing activity.

Influence our product development initiatives to ensure we are the leading company in the Arts and Crafts sector.

• Ideally the person will be from a similar sector such as Arts & Crafts, Toys or Stationery.
• Degree educated; marketing qualification or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of working in a marketing / product management role and of planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Highly developed knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Experience of managing budgets
• Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Project management skills
• Commercially astute
