Paul Nyman Consultancy are working to recruit a National Account Manager for a personal care business based on the M25 NW corridor.
- Branded and private label personal care manufacturer
- Supply key customers within the Top 4 and leading personal care/pharma customers
- People led, with a focus on bringing people through the ranks
- Non-hierarchical structure, constructive feedback and open conversations are welcomed!
- Encouraging empowerment and a “get stuck in” mentality with customers
- National Account Manager position covering Boots, Superdrug and a Top 4 customer
- Overseeing a portfolio of personal care products in both brand and private label
- Charged with transforming a previously operational led approach to customer to one based on relationships and category rationale
- Typically 3 days a week in the office based along the NW M25 corridor
- Experience operating at National Account Manager level within FMCG
- A working ownership of a major national account in top 4, Discounter or personal care retailers such as Boots or Superdrug
- Ability to utilise a category/analytical approach to retail customers
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Own label personal care/ health and beauty experience would be an advantage
