Field Sales Manager - £48,000 plus excellent package – home based with travel

An excellent opportunity has arisen within an established client who is seeking a Field Sales Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team to assist with an increase in work force.

 

The successful Field Sales Manager must have demonstrable experience of leading and inspiring field sales teams ideally from the FMCG food or drink sectors. You will develop and coach a team of field sales managers to achieve or exceed sales, profit and margin targets. You will inspire, lead and motivate the team in a fast paced solution driven environment.    As part of the senior leadership team in the region and with full budget responsibility you will coach and develop your tem to exceed expectations. It is essential that you have field management expertise, this must be 2nd line management. This role is ideal for an individual that wants to progress their career in a forward thinking innovative environment with true ownership and accountability. You will be able to demonstrate a commercial track record of your career to date along with fantastic leadership qualities.
