THE ROLE: As Head of Sales, you will be managing a team of 5 sales and account managers. You and your team will be responsible for selling exhibition and event space for a prestigious annual event. In this role you will be responsible for all elements of team management including target and budget setting, coaching, appraisals and performance management.
THE PERSON: Our client are looking for a proven and established people manager who has experience of managing a team of B2B sales professionals. It is imperative you have the ability to drive and motivate a sales team within a fast paced environment.
THE COMPANY: Established for over 40 years, this company are now going through a stage of expansion and are looking to recruit for a Head of Sales. A relaxed, fun and friendly culture is at the heart of their business and are looking for someone in this mould to take them to the next level.
THE PACKAGE FOR LICENSING ACCOUNT MANAGER:
- Basic: £40,000
- OTE: £10,000
