Senior Business Manager – Broad Commercial Role

In the FMCG retail sector we have presence in over 30 categories from soft drinks to cakes and pasta to chilled dairy. Our investment in consumer insight, category management and in-store presence has resulted in strong business relationships with our licensors and retailers. 

ABOUT YOU:

You are looking for a new challenging and a varied role that will draw upon your business planning, negotiating and commercial experience. You are commercially astute and have the ability to inspire others and develop strong collaborative business relationships. With an appreciation of consumer data you must be confident in leading and implementing category reviews and commercial discussions with Top 4 retailers. This is a wide-ranging role which offers a broad remit, commercial challenges and will add value to you and your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager or Buyer to join our team to develop and implement winning commercial strategies and drive sales performance. Your experience and input is vital to ensure that we maximise opportunities and grow sales and profitability. You will manage a portfolio of our licensing partners - these are some of the biggest food and drink manufacturers in the UK and you will work closely with them to enhance the Weight Watchers brand within the UK retail market. You will also forge positive senior level contacts and working relationships within the Health and Well-being sector with Top 4 retailers. In this varied, collaborative and strategic commercial role you will invest time to identify opportunities and understand the dynamics of each category partner.
