The successful candidate will spend a minimum of one day per week at our Sutton Coldfield office, and a minimum of one day at week at Diageo HQ in London. You’ll travel to managed or independent bars and restaurants working with our teams to develop creative comms to create demand for our training throughout the week.

  • Leveraging social media channels
  • Liaising closely with our Tour Manager and trainers to pre-empt demand/supply challenges
  • Targeting accounts with the greatest opportunity for measurement and evaluation driven case studies
  • Weekly visits out with Diageo head office and field teams
  • Achieving nomination numbers and driving the field teams to aim high e.g. such as targeting universities, football clubs, third spaces
  • Gaining feedback for refinement
  • Driving measurement and evaluation
  • Having the desire to be trained to deliver Bar Academy training
  • And ultimately being a Bar Academy evangelist

  • The successful individual will be highly driven, focused, able to hold their own in senior level conversations, persuasive and charismatic, likely with sales background and relevant sector experience or transferrable skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be regularly presenting ideas in this role
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the value of training to life
  • Being proactive and ambitious combined with self-motivation is a must
  • Someone who goes the extra mile to ensure delivery against targets
  • You must hold a clean, full driving licence
