Field Sales Manager- On Trade

Your role will require you to be a true leader in every sense. Training, coaching, motivating and assessing a sizable team in order to achieve business plans on one hand whilst acquiring and optimising relationships with all regional business units on the other. You will be required to act as a brand ambassador in all that you do meaning that company values, culture and standards will be synonymous with your own profile.
Successful candidates will have a track record of leading an effective team within a fast paced progressive environment. Clear on premise industry knowledge is a must and ideally, although not essentially, you will also have worked with premium-branded-products. The right individual for this role will have a strong understanding of markets, competitors and consumer behaviour.
