Due to the expansion and growth throughout the business, the company are now looking to appoint a Regional account Executive to help grow the business within the Manchester area. 

I am partnering with a Global Multi Billion pound FMCG Business who are looking for a Regional Account Executive to join their expanding commercial team. They are offering a clear path for progression within their commercial team along with a package of £25,000 basic, £10,000 bonus, Company Car, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme and much more! 
They operate across a number of channels and within this role no two days are the same, this opportunities creates a diverse working environment and you will never be bored. This exciting opportunity will allow you to use your field sales experience across the following channels, Pubs, Restaurants Hotels, Schools, Universities, Colleges, Healthcare and workplace environments.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop sales opportunities through new business accounts and developing incremental business within the food service & OOH channel.
  • Demonstrate and explain a product in a structured approach, to ensure new and existing business is enhanced. 
  • Manage local distributors and national depots in your region to assist in demonstrating New Product Development 
  • Regular business reviews meetings with the distributor & wholesalers to measure budget/volume performance and gain joint agreement for action plans
  • General administration to be fully complete on time demonstrating attention to detail.

 The Candidate 

  • Experience in Sales in the FMCG industry 
  • Foodservice experience
  • Field sales experience
  • Strong communication, influencing and networking skills 
  • Ambitious, driven and personable
  • Well-developed negotiation, presentation and persuasive selling skills 
  • Strong time management including  planning & organising 
  • Self-motivation and  personal ownership for business development  - Essential
  • Knowledge of FMCG/Foodservice
