National Account Manager- Grocery


The Organisation

An established FMCG business has an exciting new opportunity for a National Account Manager to work within a luxury and chic Food company. Over the years, the company has never failed to produce exciting new products and has recently entered a new phase of growth; which means more expansion!

The position requires 3 days to be in the office.

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Build strong cross functional relationships across JS/Morrison's/Coop & Asda
  • Work cross functionally with category management, merchandising, pricing and promotions.
  • Report annual sales and margin budgets monthly
  • Develop annual business growth/ sales & gross margin account plans in line with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with supply chain to ensure 98.5%+ service levels.
  • Develop growth plans which include promotions and distribution targets & delivery plan

The Person
  • Proven experience as NAM in the grocery channel
  • Knowledge ideally of mixed branded/own label food or non-food
  • Analytical and numerically astute
  • Confident, flexible and an eye for detail
  • Results and target orientated
