Job Title: Regional Manager
Salary: Circa £50,000
Contract Type: 1 year Interim
We are currently representing our client who is a very reputable pub group within the UK. They are currently a perfect opportunity for someone who is able to build strong long lasting relationships with their publicans, along with managing their expectations and objection handling, as their Regional Manager.
You will need to be consultative in your method and aid and assist your publican with aspects of their endeavours to make sure that they are set up to thrive. You will need to not just be able to build relationships with publicans you are assisting, but also to make sure you are prepared to manage expectations and objections while maintaining a positive working relationship.
An integral part of the role will be to work alongside your partners to assist and advance their profit and opportunity for every outlet for both the partners and business, as well as open new businesses and concepts while doing so.
The ideal candidate will need to have a background in the Pub sector, driving forward success through running or managing you’re your business or other publicans. We are looking for an experienced and charismatic individual who are able to cement relationships quickly, while motivating those around them. This will be done through excellent communication skills and can be demonstrated by implementing growth plans in the past leading to increases in profit.
This position is offering a salary of circa £50,000 per annum.
