The Client

Beauty business with some high profile brands, including number 1 product in at least one of their categories in which they operate.   The business is passionate about creating luxury and affordable products, covering the hair care and home spa markets. Whilst based in London, this global business also has offices globally. The development of ecommerce channels are enabling the brands to expand their reach, opening up plenty of opportunities to progress! 

The Role

As a National Account Manager, you will report directly into the Head of UK Commercial and will be responsible for the Boots account. This is their largest account, amounting to over a third of the groups sales. This is a hands on role and you will be a key point of contact for your accounts, responsible for building and maintaining annual account plans to deliver against internal and external targets. Tactically, you will drive growth through NPD, range reviews and build excellent customer relationships to achieve this.

The position has one direct report and will work closely with the internal and external field team(s) to ensure full compliance to brand merchandising standards and instore activities. You will maintain a high level of awareness of market trends and be passionate about the beauty industry to identify opportunities to drive sales.


Relevant candidates will be operating at NAE/NAM level currently within a leading Beauty, Cosmetics or Personal Care FMCG environment. Ideally you will have worked on the Boots account, or second to that, a High Street account and are now looking to join a creative business that are a step ahead of the curve!
