This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Business Development Manager to join a market leading consumer product business.
My client is an innovative consumer products company who's vision is to have one of their products in every home. Their current sales are circa £70milion and they have a 3 year growth strategy to double the size of the business. My client's customer portfolio includes ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots and Debenhams. They have a rapidly expanding international team who currently sell products to partners in over 70 countries around the world and they are continuing to grow this side of the business. With ambitious plans for further rapid growth, you can find there diverse range of products on virtually every high street and in many of the biggest retailers throughout the UK and Ireland.
This business development manager is a brand new role to target category managers in promoting my clients bestselling product. The product that you will be selling has sold 25million since the product was launched.
The role is home based however over the first few months while developing the category, the individual will be required in the London head office 2-3 days per week,
We are seeking a high calibre Business Development Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing category relationships:
- Knowledge of product development and marketing trends
- A black book of contacts at Tesco , Sainsbury's , JLP , B&Q plus more
- Extensive negotiation experience with retailers and a proven track record for building and implementing JBPS
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Car + Package
