What you become a part of

Growing our revenues sustainably of our core brands is critical to our future success. The Revenue Management team at CCEP are accountable for growing revenues ahead of volumes through constructing Pack, Price and Promotional plans for the future. These plans have to meet the changing needs of our consumers and shoppers and critically deliver against our customer needs.

The revenue management team need to identify the growth opportunities, then construct pack, price and promo plans that unlock these. Create customer approaches that facilitate the delivery of these plans. Then ensure these change programs are delivered through the sales teams.

Reporting in to an Associate Director Revenue Growth Management you will responsible for the construction of the core pack, price and promotional environment plans that grows our revenues in line with our company growth targets. You will also be responsible for tailoring these plans by key customer and creating the appropriate customer commercial approaches to unlock the revenue growth opportunities.

What to expect

Your primary responsibilities will include the following;

 Construct commercial plans that optimise revenues across our core packs through pricing and promotional recommendations.
Lead channel initiatives to optimise trade investment as well as implementing new pricing architectures where required.
Proactively drive revenues through managing our mix of customers, brands & packs.
Influence at a senior level across the Coca Cola system to gain support for the implementation of your teams pack, price and promo plans.
Develop and utilise key revenue management tools and processes to create deliverable solutions.
Deliver the annual business plan commercial recommendations including price increases and promotional mechanic changes and gain support from the Sales departments. 
 

What we expect of you

Ideally you will have had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking. You will have the ability to lead projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across a number of environments. You will need strong communication skills and be confident to influence at a senior level.
