What you become a part of:
The role of the RGM Dept is to design, develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to support the delivery of the BU business plan, ensuring internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing CCEP commercial needs with those of our customers.
What to expect:
- As an RGM Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing commercial plans with our customer teams
- Delivering cross functional alignment to the commercial plan
- Supporting customer teams to develop channel strategy;
- Providing guidelines for price and promotional strategy & tactics;
- Working closely with the RGM pack team to bring new packs to market.
What we expect of you
Ideally you will have had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking. You will have the ability to lead projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across a number of Out of Home environments. You will need strong communication skills and be confident to influence at a senior level.
