Head of Marketing - Award Winning Restaurant Group

Award winning, values-lead, super cool restaurant group with a unique story are now looking for a Head of Marketing.

The key responsibilities will be to develop a marketing strategy that drives awareness with new customers and keeps existing customers informed and coming back for more.

You'll lead a team of marketing managers who are focussed on instore marketing and activation as well as local marketing and seasonal events. You'll be responsible for the marketing budget, innovative marketing initiatives, managing PR & Events agencies as well as having overall responsibility for the digital marketing strategy.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience at Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing level
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience
• Passionate about food and restaurants
• Ability to come up with strategy whilst also being hands on
• Someone non-corporate who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage with senior stakeholders
