The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be working with recruitment agencies to provide business solutions to temporary workers. You will be mainly conducting new business activities but the vast majority of potential customers are already on their database. Speaking to consultants, agency owners and directors, you will be set KPIs on client visit numbers and will benefit from a great commission scheme. As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role which on performance can lead to progression in to more senior level roles.

The Company: Having been established for over 20 years, our client has exciting plans in place to grow the business. They offer a range of umbrella services and now seek a new Business Development Manager to be based in the Midlands as they expand their sales team.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong new business sales experience
  • B2B field sales experience is required
  • Any experience in the recruitment industry is a bonus but not essential
  • You will be tenacious and well-presented with a hugely positive approach
