The Role: The new Regional On-Premise Manager will be managing a team of sales executives who sell into the on-trade; with responsibility for training, recruitment and mentoring, you will ensure that distribution, POS and merchandising is carried out correctly and also get involved with team meetings and nights out.

The Company: Leading their marketplace and with a globally recognised brand, this organisation now seeks a new Regional On-Premise Manager in the West Midlands. They sell branded soft drinks with a great variety in their range and are constantly looking to innovate their products.

For this Regional On-Premise Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A track record of managing an on-trade sales team is essential
  • You will ideally have sold a premium brand
  • Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills and an outgoing personality
