The Role: For this Business Development role, you will be responsible for generating new business through research, a directory of potential leads and self-sourcing. Selling a range of meats and seafood, you'll be targeting a range of industries including Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Cash & Carries and Butchers. Predominately field based and covering a national remit, you will only visit the office in East Anglia once or twice a month.

The Company: Our client is a multi-million turnover business, who have been operating for over 25 years. They pride themselves on their accredited suppliers and traceability of their products across the UK, Europe and Far East. They are now looking to expand their sales team and are looking for FMCG and foodservice applicants, the ideal candidate will come from drinks, dried or ambient goods.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Ideally sold into FMCG retail or food service
  • Independent, hard working with a drive for sales
  • Driving license

Benefits of this role:
  • Starting salary of £35-40,000
  • Plus £10K OTE and company car
  • 20 days holiday, increasing each year
