My client is one of the largest and well-known companies in the drinks industry and they own a wide range of household brands. They employ just under 5,000 people worldwide and turnover 1.5bn. Despite their size, they invest a lot of time and attention in to each individual employee and have subsequently won several employer awards. With their ambitious 2020 plan well underway, it's a fantastic time to join the organisation and an exciting Controller-level opening has just come up, working on one of their largest customers.

In this role, you will be working on the Sainsbury's account which is their 3 rd largest and has been the fastest growing account out of the Top 4 over the past 18 months. You will lead the Account team (3x direct reports) in delivering the annual strategy for volume, revenue, and profit targets. You will be fully accountable for the Sainsbury's P&L and as such, will oversee all forecasting, promotional planning, and pricing.

To excel in this position, you will be a high achiever with and impressive track record and a strategic mindset. You will have prior man-management experience and will be confident in developing and leading teams. Previous experience with managing a Top 4 grocer is highly desirable.
