Description
The portfolio is a key area within the international markets team with a core focus of increasing profitability within these international markets.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Achieving the target annual volume, market share, working capital and profit.
- The identification and implementation of business opportunities.
- Managing distributors in the market,
- Define and implement key performance indicators
- Ensure that brands are well represented within the market
- Effective, timely and accurate forecasting,
- Assist in the development, implementation & control of consumer and trade promotional activity in the markets
- Implement a 5 year plan within the territory
- Engage with external partners as required to achieve business objectives
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be of graduate calibre
Possess relevant experience in FMCG, customer services, marketing and/or sales roles
Be experienced in increasing product/ brand performance
- Possess knowledge of national account management
- Have strong commercial acumen
- Posses first class communication skills, being able to speak to key stakeholders
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Ideally possess fluency in in Russian or Japanese
- Be commutable to the office in Hampshire
Job Offer
The role offers a great remuneration package with a basic salary between 35-45k plus additional benefits.
