THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling facilities management solutions into a broad range SME's and corporate clients. You will be required to self-generate your own new business opportunities and once an account is secured, you will be responsible for managing it during the first three months.

THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong track record in business to business sales and the ability to influence the buying habits of a wide spectrum of decision makers. You will have natural drive and tenacity and the ability to adapt your style according to your audience. Previous experience working in FM would be an advantage.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
  • Basic: £35,000 - £40,000
  • OTE: £50,000
