As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of this growth, using your sales management skills to unlock the potential in an ambitious, highly motivated, graduate-level Sales team.

Ferrero UK is one of our key clients and we’re already ahead of schedule in helping them to achieve their objectives. If you can bring us a solid background in FMCG or sales management, you’ll have the chance to develop your own team, identifying key opportunities and setting the strategy to achieve goals. A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving performance is essential, with a demonstrable ability to harness the enthusiasm, energy and talent in a young and hungry group of graduates.
