About the Role
We are seeking a talented and commercially minded category specialist who is looking to develop in an exciting job dealing with a top 4 retailer and/or a discounter. You will have the opportunity to get to manage a specific segment of the category and will have ownership over this. Customer facing opportunities will be part of the role from day one and you will be developed into a full-time point of contact. Very fast paced environment and precision are essential. You will utilise your experience with market data such as Kantar to identify opportunities within your category to drive commercial results.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from a fresh food background with a proven track record of delivering commercial results through effective market and category insight. You will have experience in working with commercial and NPD teams, serving a major food retailer. You will have a real can-do attitude, be a committed team player and be hungry to drive your career forward. The culture of the business lends itself to a bright and bubbly personality and someone with a good sense of humour.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, as an absolute minimum, you must have experience in analysing market data to deliver tangible results. You will need to have experience in FMCG / supplying a retailer and have a great attitude towards work. You will work hard, play hard but be rewarded within this role.

Salary
Our client is open on salary depending on experience. Roles available throughout the team from circa £25k - £70k
