An opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful stationary business looking to add to their team due to a position in the South east opening up. They can offer a branded product proposition and the company have established a strong list of customers both in the UK and internationally and have a great reputation in the industry.

The company are looking to further invest in multiple areas of the business, with an opportunity becoming available to join their existing sales team as a Field Account Manager. This position will see you focus on the everything South of the River Thames.

As Field Account Manager you will need to grow turnover across your designated territory. The area is already well developed with a strong portfolio of existing customers that you will need to build relationships with in order to increase sales. You will also need to travel across the area to prospect for new business with potential new customers. You will sell into a variety of retailers including independent retailers, craft stores and specialist stationary businesses. You will need to work autonomously whilst also attending regular sales team meetings with other Area Sales/Field Account Manager’s across the UK. This person needs to have a passion for the industry and strong product knowledge.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have experience of working as an Area Sales or Business Development Manager ideally in a similar product category. You may currently be in the industry and looking for a new challenge with a growing organisation. You must be hardworking, enthusiastic with lots of determination to grow and develop the existing territory. You must be based within the designated area and able to comfortably cover the territory on a day to day basis.
