Business Development Manager | Chilled Food Manufacturer
My client is a consistently growing and well-established chilled food manufacturer with an excellent product range and diverse customer base, and as a result of company growth and further growth in the pipeline they are looking to add a Business Development Manager to the commercial team based around northern London. The ideal candidate will have great experience and success supplying food or drinks into contract catering customers and schools.
The key focus for this position is to have successful outcomes of range-selling / up-selling and selling to new sites across National Account Contract Caterering sites (such as Harrison Catering, Catering Academy etc.), and prospecting multi-site regional Contract Caterers at Head Office level, along with multi-site regional Retail Convenience chain Head Offices.
This position will have responsibility for developing existing accounts with also a focus on securing new business through the innovation of new manufactured chilled products across North West / North / North East London.
