The Role
As the successful Senior National Account Manager you will take responsibility for one of our clients highest profile grocery customers across the whole product portfolio (own label and brand). You will be expected to lead other members of your team (direct reports) through effective direction to ensure the maintenance of the working environment conducive to producing the highest quality of work. You will also be responsible for leading the cross functional teams to deliver and execute the customer JBP. As the Senior National Account Manager you will lead the development of long term sustainable growth plans with Key customers to win profitably. This role has significant pressure attached to delivery of brand cost price increases and own label tenders, so having experience within a tender process would be preferable.

The successful Senior National Account Manager will have or demonstrate the below requirements:
• Ideally be in a Senior National Account Manager position already within a branded or own label food/drink environment
• MUST have experience within Discounters/Convenience or Top 4 Grocery ideally.
• People Management / Leadership skills
• Takes a solution focused approach to problem solving
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels across the business
• Experience in dealing with complex agendas spanning multiple functions
• Have a entrepreneurial spirit#
• Ideally be degree educated or equivalent

Flexible on location, however you would need access to the Midlands HQ circa 2 days a week.
