Whisky, premium liquors and speciality spirits are classic, fashionable and never going out of style. Our client owns some of the world's top spirit brands, boasting a world-class portfolio of whisky, first-class liqueurs and high-end spirits. Due to growth within their sales team, they are looking to recruit Key Account Managers for Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be P&L responsible for any on trade national accounts whose head office falls within that city. You will be responsible for managing JBP's at head office level and lead the relationships with the multiple operators at outlet level also, with the help of a Brand Development Manager that will report into you. Through strategic leadership you will drive an increase in volume, market share and other commercial objectives aligned with the commercial and brand strategies of the company. The majority of this role will be account management of existing accounts but you will still be encouraged to seek out and develop new business with prospect accounts.
To be successful in this role you will have current experience of managing on trade groups in Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol and have a passion for premium spirits. With experience managing a P&L, you will be commercially-minded and an excellent communicator, team player and actively enjoy building strong relationships across the trade. You will also need to be based in one of the key cities to be considered for this role and most importantly be an all-round great human being!
