London Field Sales Manager - Beer
My client has taken the UK beer scene by storm in recent years and have barley been able to keep up with demand. From yeast to west, they have made a name for being genuine and consistently brewing amazing beers. Expansion is a fundamental part of their plans and, since inception, each year has been bigger and better than the last. Now, a fantastic hopportunity has arisen to manage their high-performing sales team.
Leading from the front, you will oversee the London On Trade Sales Team, as well as develop and execute the sales strategy for the region. Your main aims will be to maintain consumer engagement and to continue driving volume growth. You will be reporting straight in to the Sales Director and will have direct responsibility for a team of c.6.
To excel in this role, you will have managed a Field Sales team for a minimum of 3-4 years and will ideally have had some exposure to account management. You will have an innate ability to coach, mentor, and develop a sales team and will have a huge interest for all things beer. As with all management positions, the ability to prioritise time and delegate effectively is a must. Seriously. They're a fun bunch and relationships with their customers is no.1 priority on their list and so, naturally, you will be able to build relationships with your eyes closed.
