Head of NPD & Innovation

Reporting into the founder, you will be responsible for developing new product ranges from concept to launch in line with the NPD strategy whilst incorporating the brand values. You'll play a key cross-functional role in the generation of concept briefs including aspects such as flavours, recipes, textures, raw materials and nutritional elements. You will also oversee the technical responsibilities across all products.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience working in a team and launching exciting new products/ranges. You will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of NPD including technical. You should have a Food Science or Technology degree with strong, well-rounded NPD experience in drinks or food product development within a FMCG environment. From making kitchen samples to scaling up in a co-packing environment, you will have done it all before. Drinks experience is preferable.
