About The Opportunity:

National Account Manager – Snacking


  • £45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
  • 15% Bonus
  • Car

Due to a recent restructure in the sales team there are now new additions to head count that need to be filled. This is down to a new growth strategy to help current employees grow their skill sets by being promoted and moving through the business to further their careers.

You’ll be working very closely with the Controller on their 2 largest turnover and relationship driven accounts. As the National Account Manager, you’ll help to develop long term strategic vision and partnership with the highest profile customers in the business.

  • JBPs, ensuring the business develops and maintains profitable business, promotions & other activities
  • P&L management across different categories in the business
  • Analyse market data, EPOS and other information
  • Work cross functionally with the NPD, Category, Technical and Operations teams
  • Driving growth agenda and supporting this cross functionally.


About You:

  • You’ll ideally be a Grocery National Account Manager with at least 1 full fiscal cycle under your belt.
  • You’ll need to be able to show you are a future leader, high potential and someone who will raise the bar. 



In an ideal world, your passion for keep fit and eating right will be a big priority for you as these guys have a fantastic ethos around this.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG
  • Account management at National level through grocery.
  • P&L Responsibility
  • Clear examples of NPD sell in and involvement.
  • Strong relationship builder both internally and externally.
