As a result of the fantastic award-winning NPD being brought to the market, new pack sizes, variants and meal occasions have been introduced to appeal to a wider consumer market.
This business has invested ahead of the curve, from head count and a process point of view. This business is set to grow turnover by 500% in the next 5-10 years. With a global backing, this is the sweet spot to get involved and grow with them.
About The Opportunity:
National Account Executive – Snacking
- £25,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
- 10% Bonus
- Car Allowance
Due to a recent restructure in the sales team there are now new additions to head count that need to be filled. This is down to a new growth strategy to help current employees grow their skill sets by being promoted and moving through the business to further their careers.
You’ll be working very closely with a National Account Manager on one of the businesses most strategic accounts.
- Supporting the delivery of JBPs, ensuring the business develops and maintains profitable business, promotions and other activities
- Work collaboratively with the demand planning team to deliver service level targets through better forecasting
- Analyse market data, EPOS and other information
- Ensure all pricing and promotional information is accurate
- Work cross functionally with the NPD, Category, Technical and Operations team
As well as working on a Top 4 Grocery Account you'll have your own P&L for a smaller Retailer. Equivalent to £500k of P&L and you'll have sole responsibility in creating and implementing the JBP & having full Head Office Buying exposure.
This is quite exciting and is something that isn’t normally given.
Your ambition is key here as these guys recruit for at least 2 promotions within their business. Just being able to do the job is not what they want and it shouldn’t be what you want either.
You’ll need to be able to show you are a future leader, high potential and someone who will raise the bar.
- Experience in FMCG
- Account management at Regional level
- Some sort of P&L exposure
- Strong relationship builder both internally and externally.
