A high growth SME Soft Drinks business which is really lighting up the category. With new listings in the likes of Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons and having doubled their distribution this year alone, they are really shaking things up and driving the category’s growth.

They have diversified their portfolio by adding to their core range with new and innovative products, adding new pack sizes and new flavour variants appealing to a wider consumer base. This is a business in tune with their consumers.

These guys have a new senior management team, compiled from some of the most exciting SME businesses in the industry, bringing their expertise in growing brands with them. Experience from some fantastic larger businesses has been added for some real balance and means they are investing in man management well ahead of the curve.

 

About The Opportunity:

  • Senior National Account Manager
  • London
  • £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 15% bonus, Car Allowance, Pension and Private Healthcare

This is an exciting Senior National Account Manager opportunity with one of the coolest and fastest growing brands in this space.

You'll be someone looking for that next step up to lead the National Accounts team with responsibility for their #1 account and have a real, strategic role in the business.

You’ll have all the usual duties (P+L, JBP Planning, Head Office Buying exposure). These guys are growing at 40% year on year so the importance of you being able to maximise current distribution opportunities and lend a strategic hand to identifying opportunities with the wider account base is high on the agenda.

You’ll be managing two 2 high performing National Account Managers, orchestrating their training and development and succession within the business.

This is a serious business but with a real sense of fun. They want you to roll your sleeves up, get involved on a day to day basis with packing, events, raising the brand profile and generally throwing yourself into everything and anything.

Even the MD doubles up as the bin man!

 

About You:

What we need from you:

  • You will have managed Sainsburys or Waitrose at Head Office level
  • Build relationships quickly, both externally and internally
  • Explore new opportunities within these accounts and grow distribution whenever an opportunity arises
  • Want to be involved with events and promoting this awesome brand
  • National Account background in FMCG / Food / Drink / Consumer Goods
  • You will be naturally curious. These guys want you to come in and push, identify areas of development and drive the growth agenda
