Our client is a £multi-billion global non-food FMCG manufacturing organization supplying Brand leading products to the worlds largest retail, foodservice and manufacturing customers.

Due to internal promotion, we are now seeking a dynamic account manager who can add real value as well as demonstrate the ability to progress within this global business.

The Role:
  • Full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of key strategic customers, you will drive sales and profitability by developing effective solutions to meet customer needs whilst still negotiating effective and robust commercial propositions.
  • Responsible for customer NPD development including productivity and cost target management
  • Develop the core category growth strategy influencing external and internal customers.
  • Identify Differing regional dynamics and product category revenue streams across customer base
  • Maintain a value added service to ensure successful relationships are developed at all time.

Candidate Profile:
  • Of Graduate calibre you have a good depth of National Account Manager experience in a blue chip FMCG business.
  • High profile and high-pressure customer base experience is important within either manufacturing or grocery retail customers.
  • Evidence of negotiation skills and strategic growth contribution required.
  • Proven track record of the delivery of sales objectives.
  • Technical food and beverage knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Strong P&L management experience
  • Excellent ability to influence
  • Good organisation & time management skills – able to prioritise work
