Commercial Manager – Interim
Premium Food Manufacturer, south Scotland
MacGregor Black is currently working on an opportunity with a prestigious and well respected food manufacturing company, based in south Scotland, on an Interim Commercial Manager role.
This Commercial Manager role is about delivering the commercial strategy being accountable for translation of strategic commercial priorities into operational plans with customers.
We are looking for candidates with experience in commercial / sales from the chilled food sector.
This is what is expected of you in this Commercial Manager role:
- Manager strategic relations with key customers (including premium supermarkets)
- Develop growth plans which include promotions and distribution targets & delivery plan
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure world class service levels
- Develop annual sales & gross margin account plans in line with strategic goals
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate a proven ability in commercial sales with experience of dealing directly with supermarkets, including the within the premium sector.
You will have a strong commercial outlook and be a dynamic commercial professional who is both process & people focused.
