About The Opportunity:
- Category Controller - Food to Go
- Greater London
- £60,000 - £70,000 Company Car, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Gym, Dental, Eyecare & soft benefits
You will be the Category Lead for their largest part of their business, strategically managing a team of 5 reports who have some brilliant experience and includes some real up and coming stars.
You will be the key link between the commercial sales and marketing functions and be the customer facing lead on all the amazing category stories these guys have.
There is rapid progression for this role cross functionally - so if you fancy a role in MS&P, Sales or International you will be fully supported to develop your own personal plan.
These roles do not come around often as Category Controllers in the market are at a premium, however, if you are looking for more responsibility in a real leader business, then this is the opportunity for you.
You need to be a Senior Category body with big business experience and strong branded background.
Experience in man management is also fundamental to this role, 5 reports is a big challenge but could be an amazing step up for your career.
Passion for Category Insight and a knowledge of all data houses is important.
We want you to have the desire to take a more strategic view of business commercials and have a full helicopter view of the category management function.
You must have;
- Strong branded category management background
- Acquisition integration & NPD experience.
- Top to top strategic review examples incl. range reviews.
- Man management
