We are currently recruiting for a growing and dynamic company who specialise in the Food industry who are looking for an experienced National Account or Commercial Manager to join their Impulse/Convenience team.

As an innovative traditional company, they have been successfully developing and producing for more than 60 years. A business going from strength to strength, employing 750 staff producing over £2.5 million products a week.


As part of the Senior Commercial Team, as Senior Commercial Manager - Convenience you will be responsible for the key convenience channel and said national customers.

As Senior Commercial Manager - Convenience you will inherit the company's most key accounts, but will also be tasked to drive new business opportunities with key clients within this channel.

You will work within the branded product range with full P&L, NPD and JBP responsibility.

You will meet and network with buyers and Category managers within your key clients, identifying opportunities and continually developing these relationships.


Key requirements for the Senior Commercial Manager - Convenience:

* National Account or Commercial Account Manager Level

* Account Management Experience of Convenience Channel (Exposure to Booker, Blakemore, McColls etc ideal)

* Branded product experience

* A confident self-starter

* Exposure to JBP and P&L

* Passion for the chilled food industry

* Ideally based in Devon, Cornwall and the South West England
