AREA SALES MANAGER  ( JEWELLERY / FASHION / LEATHERGOODS )

First year earnings potential to £35K

( Inclusive of basic salary £25,000p.a + generous car allowance + sales performance bonus between £5K-£10K annually + mobile + laptop + health insurance + pension )

It is considered to be key to have ‘ live ‘ jewellery trade customer contacts - so within your designated sales region you know who , where , what and how to maximise product placement at the earliest opportunity.

You will be used to converting Jewellers readiness to buy and individually you enjoy the challenge of winning new points of sale.

Personally you need to exude confidence, be ultra- transparent in all your dealings inspiring trust from every client contact be they existing or new.

In today’s trading world you also need to be operationally smart - ever conscious of being time & cost effective when covering your designated field sales area.

Apart from a possessing a real sense of selling guile you will need to embrace every area of retail client service support be it visual merchandising , placing point of sale and indeed implementing motivational brand training across a number of product formats that you will be ever championing.

Excitingly at present there is a huge swirl of appetite for their brands uniqueness and market watchers have been quick to compliment and recognise the companies distinctiveness .

As a salesperson you will know that this goodwill has a time and moment from which early expectation needs to be supported at the grass roots level and the earlier that these professional standards are in place the longer and brighter the future will be all.
