Job Details
We are looking for a bright, analytically minded insights professional to take on a Senior Insight Manager role for a leading market research agency. This is great role for someone looking for exposure to top clients in FMCG. You must be fully competent in your market research and insight skills to take on a role as an Insight Manager, and be willing to offer a consultative approach for this key account.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Delivering strong and effective presentations
- Understanding your client's needs and helping them to grow their brands and categories
- Using insight data to deliver presentations to clients, ultimately growing their categories
- Managing the daily running of the account and ensuring you are offering top quality customer service
- Supporting the development of Client Executives on the account
Requirements for the Senior Insight Manager :
- Degree level educated or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Top quality numerical and analytical skills
- Being results driven
- Experience working with EPOS data
- Experience in a customer facing role
- FMCG experience and strong understanding of the market
