The Role: The successful Area Manager will be managing a team of eight sales people who sell into the independent retail sector and Symbol groups. Your role purely involves looking after your team, getting involved with training, coaching, setting targets and strategy and managing budgets. You will be responsible for best practice, distribution and compliance too. A full company training course awaits the new Area Manager here.

For this Area Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You must have a track record of managing a field sale team
  • It is likely that you come from a commercial or FMCG sales background
  • Driven and dynamic sales managers who can demonstrate progression on their CV
