The Role: Specifically managing a team of 8 Territory Sales Managers, across the Yorkshire region, the Regional Sales Manager with have responsibility for recruiting, coaching, leading, mentoring and training this team. Focus will be placed on setting strategy and developing a strong performing sales division. This is a 100% people management position - the Territory Sales Managers will be selling FMCG products into both independent retailers and convenience stores as well as Symbol groups, looking to maintain and develop existing business relationships.
