The Role

Our Category & Shopper Marketing Team has achieved its ambition to become the UK's number one team - holding the top spot in the Advantage Group Survey for 3 years in a row, but it doesn't end there. Our customers have come to value our ability to develop targeted category strategies and tactics enabling them to deliver a brilliant market leading approach, so you'll be integral to this on-going success.

In this role you'll create and embed Heineken UK's beer category strategy engaging with the business to help shape HUKs strategic direction and deliver specific commercial and share targets.

You'll take ownership of our internal planning process from a category point of view providing commercial inputs to marketing and generating category based sales presentations to deliver to customer. Working collaboratively with the central HEINEKEN UK category team you'll ensure that customer and shopper dynamics are utilised and work with trading teams to drive promotional effectiveness, acting as the link between the sales and brand teams when raising and discussing Off Trade wide opportunities and risks at a category and brand level.

To be successful in this role, you'll be passionate about sharing the category story, drawing on your extensive category, portfolio & brand understanding as well as route to market and channel activation planning experience.
