International Sales Manager
Working for a branded personal care business managing the EMEA region, with one direct report. Office based in London when not travelling.
My client is a branded personal care business based in London. They are renowned for having a great company culture; fun, relaxed but with a commercial edge! They develop all their NPD from their London office so there is a great opportunity to shape and develop the future product range; as well as your career.
The international sales manager will be responsible for developing and managing distributor relationships, and outputs, across the EMEA region, with one direct report. There are some really strong relationships in place, and some that need a little TLC so it will be down to you to plan and strategise where to focus your team's time and effort in the short to mid term, whilst keep an eye on the longer term objectives for the department. Your direct report is a high flier, so coaching and development of this person is key, as well as achieving your own commercial targets. There will be a lot of international travel which you must be prepared for. Office based in London
We are looking for an international sales manager who has experience in FMCG [ideally personal care/beauty] and has managed international distributors previously. You will have an impressive career path to date and will be ambitious to continue this progression and success. Must be commutable to London
