Office Administrator / Sales Consultant needed to join a small team
International, high-end furniture manufacturer
Showroom based in West London
An International, design-led furniture manufacturer are looking to for a Junior Office Administrator / Sales Consultant to join their team. The role would be based in their extremely high-end, London showroom. The individual must have an excellent telephone manner, good administrative skills, be able to work under pressure both on their own and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities across 2 departments.
Organising weekly shipments from outside the UK into the UK.
Cashing up / Return / Refunds / Exchange
Post in / out and franking machine
Placing orders for customers and showroom samples
Checking goods on arrival and departure
Organizing collections/ deliveries/ installations.
Issuing invoices / credit notes and self invoices
Day to day sales within the showroom
Selling to walk in customers and also trade customers (interior designers, architect and property developers)
Work as part of a team to ensure showroom target is met
Assisting sales consultants in the showroom
Ensure showroom is presented well at all times
Office Administration: 2 year
Sales: 1 year
Experience in interiors or another luxury goods based product would be preferred.
