THE ROLE: As a Global Sales Manager, your time will be spent managing a team of National Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives, who in turn managing the relationships with the major sports retailers around the world. You will be able to analyse results, put together strategic plans and develop and motivate a sales team to deliver. The Global Sales Manager has responsibility for the UK, USA and Western Europe markets.
THE COMPANY: Our client are innovators in heat treatment technology for badges / names / logos / numbers to be transferred on to sports clothing. As part of a large group they strength in ownership and investment, together with a leading offering within this niche industry.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this role, you will possess a structured approach to sales, strong sales people management skills and a demonstrable track record of increasing revenue within a defined territory. Experience within an FMCG/Retail sales environment would be advantageous.

Basic: £60,000 to £70,000
Bonus: £15,000
Car: Executive or Allowance
Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension
