Head of CRM
A new and exciting opportunity to join the team of a well-known food group working on one of their most prestigious, premium food brands as a Head of CRM on a 12-month contract.
The role will see you working with internal teams to devise customer centric communications across multiple channels for our customers. You'll lead the CRM team which is currently two other people. Your role will be to set the strategy for customer focussed campaigns ensuring execution of comms, content and consumer engagement.
You'll use insight to develop campaigns, segmenting the customer base to ensure optimum consumer engagement. You'll also manage the marketing budget as well as presenting to internal teams such as Trading, Customer Acquisition and Marketing.
To apply you'll display the following:
- CRM experience ideally from an online / retail background
- Team management experience would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and manage agencies
- Enthusiastic foodie keen to work for an ethical business
