Bakery end user NAM role for marking leading manufacturer

THE COMPANY:

Established for over 100 years, we are one of the UK market leaders in baking and cake decoration products.
We are proud to hold a royal warrant for our product range and to also have a strong presence across Europe.
Over the years, our portfolio has developed to offer fantastic one stop option for Chefs and Contract catering managers, enabling them to select between more traditional products in addition to contemporary lines which we constantly evaluate and add to our range.
We are renowned for the quality of our products and are the first choice for many catering outlets offering patisserie options within the foodservice industry.
Due to our continued and expansion within foodservice, we are seeking to add to our team to support further growth.



THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic National Accounts level opportunity to develop a strategic growth area for a major manufacturer.
You will be responsible for developing sales to the UK bakery channel.
We have identified over 600 Key end users within the UK, some of which we are already trading with via our Bakery wholesale partners.
You will be responsible for meeting with these bakery manufacturers and promote our market leading product ranges with these end users at Buyer, owner and food technician level.
Once you have established a requirement, the sales will be passed through our wholesale bakery partners as the product route to market.


THE APPLICANT
The successful candidate will be a National Accounts Manager with a passion for the Bakery sector.
• Candidates must have experience in National Accounts level sales to Bakery manufacturers.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of sales to buyer level and food technicians.
• Candidates with experience working within Bakery ingredients sales would be of specific interest.
• Candidates must be effective team workers with a passion for sales and bakery.
